Unlike ready-made sea moss gel, the powder is shelf stable, allowing you to prepare fresh sea moss gel whenever you need it. Simply mix with warm water until smooth, adding more or less water to create the consistency you prefer.

How to use:
Mix approximately 1 teaspoon of sea moss powder with warm water and stir until a smooth gel forms. Add more or less water depending on your preferred consistency. The powder can also be added directly to your favourite foods and drinks.

For the skin:
Mix with warm water to your desired gel consistency and apply to the skin as a face mask. Avoid the eye area and rinse off after use.

Recommended daily intake: 1-2 tablespoons of gel daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store the powder unopened in a cool, dry place.
