1. Processing Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM Monday through Friday will typically be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM , on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

 

2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping within Ireland and the UK. All orders are shipped via our chosen courier.

 

3. Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within Ireland and the UK only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

4. Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders within Ireland and the UK. The shipping cost is €6 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package.

 

5. Shipping Delays: While we aim to ship all orders promptly, sometimes delays happen due to factors beyond our control, like weather conditions or carrier issues. We appreciate your understanding!

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

4. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned items and inspect them, we'll issue your refund within 10 business days.
